A brief sketch of my experience of the Vanilla Wow

Well I've been raiding since Vanilla Wow, and with this knowledge I want to throw out my opinion. In all my years of raiding, I have had a vast majority more female raid leaders than male, and I want to say that I've enjoyed my female raid leaders a large extent more than any male. I also have enough wow gold to buy the items I needed.

I've found male leaders to be arrogant and never taking advice, they always believe they are right and will not listen to anyone else on the topic, while females are usually more open to their group opinions.

I've never found a male leader who would actually sit and go "Well, we tried and we did really well." While a female will, I like casually raiding, and even in hardcore situations the female leaders are still more willing to listen and pay attention rather than a male.

So, out of 100 raids, I'd say 83% of them have been female. 85% of the raids turned out better when it was led by a female. I enjoyed myself more, and I actually wanted to go back to that raid after it was over, while with most male leaders I wanted to just quit half way through because I couldn't put up with the raid styles. Then some cheap wow gold can be helpful.

I'm a female and I often find myself leading the raid. However, most guilds seem to be led by men. I often tend to be straight forward and assertive, two qualities praised in men and shunned in women. So it's interesting. There's really no question. We know there is still not gender equality in the world (or on Azeroth) where power and respect are concerned. When one wishes to fling an insult to a man all someone has to do is imply he's a woman, or acting like a woman.

Even the prominent female leaders in World of Warcraft are portrayed as soft and submissive. Jaina is a sentimental whiner who can't move past her past with Arthas. Tyrande is almost nonexistent in the conflicts. In fact most people probably don't know who she is.

Out of four guilds I have been in, three had female GMs and the one that was led by a guy had a female second in command (who was the original founder).

So, maybe it's just the kind of guild I look for (mature players, family friendly, etc.), or maybe it says something about leadership. I think women in general tend to be more democratic as leaders, where guys tend to be more authoritarian /dictatorial.

My current guild is the only raiding guild I've been in. Most guild decisions are made by a small group of officers (two females and three males) who founded the guild together (out of the ashes of a previous raiding guild that fell apart). The GM is female. Her husband leads one of the raid teams. The GM and myself share leadership of the other raid team. When we all raid together, we either take turns as leader or more often just share the responsibility. It works out amazingly well. When I have less time I buy wow gold to enhance my armors.
